Delete your account
Request deletion of your FitLumina account and personal data. This page does not delete anything by itself.
In the app
Signed-in path — Settings is the Profile tab.
- Sign in at fitluminaapp.com.
- Open Settings (the Profile tab).
- Choose Delete personal data & log out (or Account → the same control on the installed app).
- Confirm. That uses our signed-in delete API.
Delete training data only clears plans, sessions, and profile on the device. It is not account deletion and does not close your login.
By email
Use this if you cannot sign in, or prefer a human review.
Email Fitlumina@outlook.com with the subject “FitLumina account deletion request” and the email on the account. We will verify the request and process deletion. Your account is not removed until we complete that request.
Stripe may keep payment records as required by law. Legacy one-time purchases stay described as grandfathered in our payments policy.
